ProQuZ Terms and Conditions
Welcome to ProQuZ ! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our app and services. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ProQuZ, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use ProQuZ. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account Registration
- You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You agree to update your information as necessary.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
- ProQuZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you provide false information or engage in prohibited activities.
4. Use of ProQuZ
ProQuZ provides a platform where users can participate in quiz tournaments and to earn rewards. You agree to use the app for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
5. Refund Policy
ProQuZ allows users to request a refund under the following conditions:
- If you have Deposit into your account and you have not Joining any Tournament, you are eligible for a refund of your deposit.
- If you have Join Tournament after Deposit, you are not eligible for a refund.
- To request a refund, contact our support team within 14 days of the deposit and provide proof of the upgrade and non-collection of rewards.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
6. Referral Program
ProQuZ offers a referral program under the following terms:
- You can refer new users to ProQuZ using your unique referral code.
- The referred user must Deposit their account for you to be eligible for referral rewards.
- If the referred user collects rewards more than twice after upgrading, you will not receive referral rewards.
- If the referred user has not collected any rewards or has collected less than twice, you are eligible for the referral reward.
7. User Conduct
By using ProQuZ, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not engage in any fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities.
- Respect the rights and privacy of other users.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on ProQuZ are the property of ProQuZ or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use ProQuZ for personal use only.
9. Limitation of Liability
ProQuZ is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. ProQuZ is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProQuZ, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of ProQuZ or your violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes. Continued use of ProQuZ after any changes constitute your acceptance of those changes.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to ProQuZ at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar, India.
14. Advertisements and Third-Party Services
ProQuZ may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense, within the app. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Ads may be personalized based on your data, such as browsing behavior and preferences.
- We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of third-party ads.
- Clicking on ads may redirect you to third-party websites, which are not under our control.
15. Cookies and Data Collection
To improve user experience and provide relevant advertisements, ProQuZ uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. By using our app, you agree to:
- The collection of non-personal data through cookies and tracking tools.
- The use of analytics services like Google Analytics to understand app usage.
- Opt-out options being available via your device or browser settings.
16. Prohibited Activities Related to Ads
Users must not:
- Click on ads in a fraudulent manner to manipulate earnings.
- Encourage others to click on ads excessively.
- Use ad-blockers that interfere with our ad display policies.
17. Compliance with AdSense Policies
We strictly adhere to Google AdSense policies. Any violations by users may result in account suspension or termination. If you believe an ad is inappropriate, please contact us at support@proquz.live.
